ELIGIBILITY: The Fruit of the Loom Sock Sweepstakes, (the “Sweepstakes” or the “Promotion”) is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States or District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Fruit of the Loom, Inc. (“Sponsor”), those responsible for the development, promotion, distribution and implementation of this Promotion, their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and printing suppliers for this Promotion, and the immediate family members (parents, siblings, children and spouses), regardless of where they live, or persons living in the same household, whether related or not, of such employees, officers and directors are ineligible. PROMOTION PERIOD: Promotional Period begins on 2/1/10 at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”), and ends on 5/1/10 at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Promotion Period"). The Promotion computer is the official time-keeping device for the Promotion. 3. HOW TO PLAY: Access www.SocksSweeps.com during the Sweepstakes Period and follow the directions to complete the Entry Form with your full name, complete street address (no P.O. boxes accepted), phone number, email address and age. When you click the “Submit” button you will receive one entry into the Sweepstakes. You must also confirm that you have read and agree to the Official Rules by placing a mark in the box provided. Limit one (1) entry per person/household/email address for the entire Promotion. Any attempt by any participant to obtain more than one entry by using multiple/different email addresses, identities or any other methods will void that participant’s entries and the participant will be disqualified. Winner Determination: Potential Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received. The drawing will take place on or about 5/7/10 under the supervision of the Sweepstakes Administrator. Winners will be notified by email, telephone, overnight carrier or by such other method determined by Sponsor within approximately three (3) business days following the drawing. 5. PRIZES/VALUES/ODDS OF WINNING: Ten (10) Grand Prizes: $2,000 awarded in the form of a gift certificate valid at a travel agency or travel services provider selected by Sponsor to be used by winner and winner’s guest(s) to destination of winner’s choice (subject to the approval of Sponsor which may be withheld for any reason). Approximate Retail Value not to exceed $2,000. Trip must be completed by 12/31/2010 and booked at least 30 days in advance of departure date. The actual value of trip may differ from the value stated and any difference between the stated value and actual value will not be awarded. Winner and guest(s) must travel on the same itinerary and comply with all security requirements. If winner is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence he/she must travel with his/her parent/legal guardian. If international travel is selected it is the sole responsibility of the winner and guest(s) to obtain valid passports, visas (if applicable) and required or recommended vaccinations and medications. Odds: The odds of winning any prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
